We are delighted to announce our participation in Paris Photo 2024, reaffirming our dedication to elevating music photography within the global fine art landscape.
Since 2020, we have been honored to be part of the world’s most prestigious photography fair, consistently highlighting the intersection of music and photographic art. This year, we are participating exclusively through the Paris Photo Online Viewing Room.
In this edition, we are privileged to present, for the first time, an exclusive portfolio of John Lennon cibachromes, created by Bob Gruen and Yoko Ono in the 1990s. Additionally, we are unveiling late prints of the “Kiss Dressed to Kill” album cover, produced near the time of the original shoot, now available for sale for the first time in its 50-year history.
As we approach the 50th anniversary of the Ramones’ debut album, we are showcasing works by Roberta Bayley, sourced from her personal archive, making their debut at Paris Photo. Alongside iconic images of the Ramones, we are introducing a selection of Polaroids, adding a unique dimension to our exhibition.
We proudly feature the work of Marcia Resnick, an exceptional artist who transcends the musical realm to establish herself in artistic and conceptual photography, with recent exhibitions in some of the most prestigious museums in the United States.
This year, we bid a heartfelt farewell to our dear friend, the ‘Maestro’ Daniel Kramer. Daniel, who captured Bob Dylan like no one else in the early 1960s, entrusted us with the responsibility of continuing his remarkable legacy. In his honor, we present a selection of vintage pieces from his personal archive, celebrating his extraordinary contribution to music photography.
We invite you to explore this unique and exclusive selection that celebrates the fusion of music and artistic photography.

Late - Prints Portfolios by Bob Gruen
The Music Photo Gallery is honored to present Working Class Hero, an exclusive portfolio by renowned music photographer Bob Gruen, for Paris Photo Online OVR. This collection features six striking color Cibachrome prints capturing John Lennon’s powerful presence and enduring legacy during his later years.
Originally created for Yoko Ono’s Bag One Art company, these museum-quality prints reflect Gruen’s unmatched ability to portray intimate and impactful moments. Each piece, housed in a canvas-covered clamshell box, is preserved in pristine condition, numbered, and rarely available to the public.
Working Class Hero offers collectors and institutions a rare opportunity to own an iconic piece of music history, showcasing the depth of Lennon’s influence through the lens of one of the era’s most celebrated photographers.
